• Expert Support provides information about Adobe Expert Support plans and lets you store details about plans you’ve purchased. If you have an active support plan, you can also use the Expert Support section to submit Web cases — questions sent to Adobe support professionals over the Internet. To access links in the Expert Support section, you must have an active Internet connection.
• More Resources provides easy access to the extensive resources on Adobe.com, including support pages, User to User Forums, tips and tutorials, and training.
